Three Weeks Before Your Party:
•Choose a date. Make sure you get the okay from Mom, Dad or your guardian.

Two Weeks Before Your Party:

•Beverages.
•Make Your Own Pizzas — buy premade crusts and toppings, be sure to remember cheese and pizza sauce and let everyone make their own personal pizza.
•Healthy snacks — pick up a few veggies and dip (consider hummus), or apples and caramel dip.
•Breakfast fare — bagels, cream cheese and juice are great! Think about offering up a cereal and fruit buffet.
•Movie rentals and a few of your favorite magazines.
•Supplies for art activities.

Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
2 large tomatoes
1 small red onion
2 limes
1 jalapeño (optional)
1/4 cup cilantro leaves (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions
1.Peel and seed avocados and cut into large chunks. Place in a glass bowl.
2.Squeeze the juice of the limes over the avocado.
3.Dice the tomatoes into large pieces, add to bowl.
4.Chop the red onion into small pieces and add to bowl.
5.Wearing plastic gloves, stem, seed and devein the jalapeño pepper; chop fine and add to bowl.
6.Chop the cilantro fine and add to bowl. Stir in all ingredients together and combine, including the olive oil.
7.Cover the top of the bowl with a piece of Saran™ Premium Wrap to keep the air out so the avocados do not change color.
8.Refrigerate until served.

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup hot water
1 can whole kernel corn
3 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1/3 cup taco sauce
4 taco shells
Directions
1.Brown ground beef with onion. Drain.
2.Add taco mix, water and corn. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
3.For each serving, layer lettuce and 1/4 of beef mixture inside individual taco shell.
4.Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Top with taco sauce to taste.

Ingredients
Serves 24
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 cup small marshmallows
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Place melted chocolate and applesauce into a bowl and stir together. Add sugar.
3.Stir in the eggs. Add vanilla and flour.
4.Add the nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows, and stir to combine.
5.Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
6.Pour in the brownie batter and spread into pan evenly.
7.Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
